Di Gérard Bertrand, nella Languedoc, il Cigalus Rouge 2021 è un rosso biologico d'autore, blend di Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah e Grenache. Di colore rubino profondo, rivela aromi di frutti neri, spezie, garrigue e una nota balsamica.
In bocca è corposo e setoso, con tannini levigati e un finale lungo.
Ideale con carni rosse, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati. Servire a 16-18°C, decantato. Contiene solfiti.
