Di Gérard Bertrand, nella Linguadoca, il Cigalus Blanc 2022 è un bianco biologico d'autore, blend di Chardonnay, Viognier e Sauvignon. Di colore dorato, rivela aromi di frutta bianca, agrumi, frutta tropicale, fiori e note tostate.
In bocca è ampio e cremoso, con buona acidità e un finale lungo.
Ideale con pesce, frutti di mare e pollame. Servire fresco, a 11-13°C. Contiene solfiti.
