Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Night harvest in 20 kg boxes.
Maceration with the skin of the grapes for 4/5 hours at 10ºC. Fermentation at 13.5ºC.
Raised for 3 months on fine sediments.
Color : Straw yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright.
Nose : Powerful, fruity, with notes of green apple, citrus and tropical fruits, white flowers, aromatic herbs and notes of fennel.
Mouth : Very fresh, with good acidity, intense flavor, fruity, balanced, complex, with a long and slightly bitter finish.
Service Temperature : 8º - 10ºC.
