Si tratta di un blend di whisky irlandese di malto e di grano invecchiato per cinque anni, affinato in botti di rovere americano vergine per 5 anni e creato dal Master Distiller Darryl McNally in collaborazione con Jack McGarry e Sean Muldoon, i fondatori del famoso bar newyorkese The Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog , che si è classificato più volte al primo posto nella lista dei 50 migliori bar del mondo .
