These bubbles are made using the so-called "charmat" method.
Fermentation takes place in a closed tank which allows the creation of fine bubbles in this sparkling wine.
Pale gold in color with very fine bubbles.
The nose is expressive with pleasant mineral touches.
The Traditional Method is very elegant with aromas of white fruits, vanilla and spices.
As an aperitif, with a hint of blackcurrant or as a dessert.
It accompanies beautifully with petits fours, as well as red fruit ice cream.
Serve very chilled at 7-9°C.
