The result of a complex combination, this cuvée is made up of 60% chardonnays from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs, 40% of pinots noirs and pinots meuniers mainly from Verzenay, Ay, Mareuil sur Ay, Bouzy…
About 40% of reserve wines are included in the composition, an exceptional mark of quality and regularity.
• The Art of Tasting:
COLOR : The wine's brilliance and clarity offer the eye pale gold reflections mixed with very fine bubbles that give rise to an abundant and persistent foam.
NOSE : Armed with exceptional finesse, this cuvée releases aromas of pear and dried fruit (almonds, fresh hazelnuts) that combine with notes of white flowers and some brioche accents.
MOUTH: The attack is frank and lively and gives way to a round wine, with a contained power, a sign of a long aging in traditional cellars.
