2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, the User declares to fully accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of these documents, you should refrain from using the website.
WINE-TIME EUROPE LDA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with the conditions in force at the date of each order being applicable.
3. Minimum Age
In compliance with Portuguese legislation, this website is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over, as it sells alcoholic beverages. By making a purchase, the Customer declares to meet this requirement.
4. Products and Prices
All prices presented on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, except where otherwise indicated. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated according to the destination and presented before the order is finalized.
WINE-TIME EUROPE LDA reserves the right to change prices at any time, with the price in force at the time of order confirmation being applicable.
Images and descriptions of products are merely illustrative. Producers may change labels, packaging and formulations without prior notice, so WINE-TIME EUROPE LDA cannot guarantee the exact correspondence between the published images and the product received. 5. Order and Payment Process
The Customer may place orders by selecting the desired products and following the checkout procedure indicated on the website. The order is only considered confirmed after:
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- Confirmation of payment by the respective service provider
- Sending of the confirmation email by WINE-TIME EUROPE LDA
The following payment methods are accepted: credit/debit card (via Stripe and Ifthenpay), PayPal, MB WAY, Multibanco and bank transfer.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are detailed in the Shipping and Refund Policy. Briefly:
- Mainland Portugal: 1-2 business days
- Spain: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 2-4 business days
- UK: 3-7 business days
- Rest of the World: 7-21 business days
WINE-TIME EUROPE LDA is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure circumstances.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, the Consumer Customer has the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without the need to indicate any reason and without any penalty. 8. Legal Warranty
The goods sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Portuguese Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of 18 October, for a period of 3 years from delivery. In case of non-conformity, the Customer has the right to restore conformity through repair or replacement of the goods, price reduction or termination of the contract.

Unless otherwise indicated, all intellectual property rights relating to the website content (including texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs and source code) belong to WINE-TIME EUROPE LDA or its licensors.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms, the courts of the Cascais judicial district will have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, without prejudice to consumer rights provided by law nor the Alternative Dispute Resolution means indicated in point 9.
