Description
A golden yellow color with slightly golden silver reflections.
On the nose, a ripe aromatic palette of yellow and slightly exotic fruits, embellished with almonds.
Eucalyptus and coriander tracks bring freshness.
In the mouth , the wine is round, silky, with a good balance, a light sustaining freshness. An aftertaste with a more pronounced bitterness.

RECOMENDED DISHES:
Pike perch cooked on one side with crispy skin and crayfish broth to get the aromatic power of this wine.
