Limited Edition
Bright ruby-coloured wine of medium intensity.
Complex aroma, with marked notes of black fruit (jam) and cherry, spices and a hint of wet earth.
Fresh acidity in the mouth, firm tannins and a long aftertaste.
This blend of wines is the result of vinification in clay jars.
The wine was then cleaned, removed from the skins and continued to age in the liquid phase in clay for a further 6 months.
Brief ageing in stainless steel for 2 months, pre-bottling.
