Description
Nama Genshu Sanko Hinokuchi Sake is a potent and elegant sake, unpasteurized and undiluted, packaged in aluminum cans to preserve its freshness as much as possible.
Right from the nose we sense its full power; the aromas are intense and wild: undergrowth, mushrooms, black pepper, citrus zest, with a mineral touch.
In the mouth, we first experience a velvety sensation, quickly followed by an enveloping bitterness and the intensity of the alcohol.
We find mushrooms again, accompanied by notes of toasted bread, black olives, and dried apple.
