Characteristics: Night harvest in 20 kg boxes. Selection table. Maceration with the skin of the grapes for 4/5 hours at 10ºC. Fermentation in new French oak barrels.
Aging: Aged on fine sediments in French oak for 6 months with frequent bâtonnages.
Color: Bright, clean yellow with green reflections.
Nose: Very complex and potent with ripe fruit, citrus and tropical fruit notes, sweet spices, aniseed and fennel, smoked, vanilla and yeast notes.
Mouth: Fresh, with an intense flavor, expressive, creamy, with vanilla, with good acidity, balanced, with a long and slightly smoky finish.
Service Temperature: 9º - 12ºC.
