A white wine-based vermouth, made with two wines that are aged separately for one year.
At the same time, a three-week maceration of a secret selection of herbs and spices is carried out, which are gently extracted so that the wine can rest for another six weeks.
Nose: Dry and fruity with citrus, berries and all kinds of dried herbs.
Mouth: Dry and peppery palate. Very herbaceous, with pine and cedar resin, a little thyme…
Finish : Long and complex finish. Very dry!
