Description

Freemark Abbey Chardonnay Napa Valley from Jackson Family Wines is a rich, nuanced and complex wine.

The nose opens with aromas of apple pie, creme brulee, ripe pineapple, orange marmalade and fresh peach.
The palate is soft, balanced and integrated and presents flavors of stone fruit, candied lemon zest, baking spices, ambrosia and vanilla.

It is both vibrant and balanced, whilst also being creamy with a long, lingering finish.

The wine was fermented 84% in barrels, 40% in new French oak barrels and 15% in stainless steel for ten months.
