Description
This wine comes from plots located between Riquewihr and Saint-Hippolyte (clay-limestone and granitic sandy soil), cultivated sustainably since 2001, limiting inputs through cultivation and under the use of cavaillon, and is HVE3 certified.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
The whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimize the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then aged on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
Tasting Notes
The nose of this Muscat is intense and refined, with aromas of freshly picked grapes. The palate is clean, fresh and aromatic, with the impression of biting into a bunch of Muscat grapes and a perfect balance between sugar, acidity and bitterness.
