Description
Directly from the French Alps, the only aperitif with a registered designation of origin, from the last independent producer in France.
This typical Savoyard genepi, in itself, embodies all our know-how and our attachment to the Savoyard territory: produced in the purest tradition of mountain spirits, it is produced in our copper still in Chambéry, at the crossroads of the massifs from Savoy.
It is the subject of a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) which guarantees the authenticity of its manufacture, from picking the genepi branches at an altitude of over 1500 m to the methods of maceration and distillation.
NOSE
Sweet, herbaceous, vegetable.
MOUTH
Ample, sweet, fresh, vegetable, herbaceous, greedy.
