This legendary appellation is known worldwide for producing some of the most complex, elegant, and coveted wines on the planet.

" Réserve Personnelle " (a special selection with very limited production, historically estimated at around 4,500 bottles per year for this appellation).

TASTING NOTES:
Bright, clear, crimson red color.
Intense nose focused on black fruits (such as blueberry and blackcurrant), evolving into woody notes, vanilla, and hints of forest vegetation as it ages.
It is a full-bodied and structured wine, very well supported by firm but elegant tannins, presenting a long finish with great aromatic persistence.

RECOMMENDED DISHES :
It pairs perfectly with rich dishes such as wild mushroom fricassee, eggs en meurette , game meats (such as wild boar) with rich sauces, and grilled red meats.
