Description

Ultimate Provence, or "UP," is a new project from winegrowers in Provence that has caused a sensation in recent years. A typical wine of this region, the grapes are grown specifically for rosé wine production and produced using the direct pressing method. In other words, this rosé is not made from the juice of macerated grapes drained during red wine production. It is truly a wine created "ad hoc."

Light pink color with coppery reflections in the glass. Perfumed aroma, a combination of ripe lemon, raspberry, and strawberry. Subtly spicy, floral, and fruity on the palate, with good acidity thanks to its Syrah content. A fine balance between fruit and freshness. Not too light, medium-bodied, with a round and harmonious finish.

A great accompaniment to salmon or seafood. Or simply a wine to enjoy life. A wine that will find many fans. And the stunning bottle can later be used as a water pitcher.
