Description

Dark cherry red in color with a red edge, clean and intense, it has a nose of red fruits, minerals, coconut, wood and hints of spice, powerful, expressive and elegant and has a powerful, fruity, toasty, intense mouth with good acidity. and a long, slightly smoky finish.

Grape variety : Tempranillo 100%
Vineyards : Over 25 years
Characteristics : Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Selection table. Grape skin maceration and fermentation for 21 days at 28ºC.
Aging : 14 months in American (1/3) and French (2/3) oak followed by 12 months in bottle.
