Raro branco de guarda do Rhône, o Paul Jaboulet Aîné Hermitage La Chapelle Blanc 2020 é elaborado com Marsanne e Roussanne. De cor dourada pálida, revela aromas de fruta branca, madressilva, mel, frutos secos e notas minerais.
Na boca é amplo e cremoso, com boa acidez e um final longo e complexo.
Ideal com peixe nobre, marisco e aves. Sirva fresco, a 11-13°C. Contém sulfitos.
