Grande cru da Gaja, o Sorì San Lorenzo Barbaresco 2021 é um Nebbiolo excecional do Piemonte, de uma parcela singular. De cor rubi granada, revela um bouquet complexo de cereja, rosa murcha, alcatrão, especiarias e couro.
Na boca é poderoso e elegante, com taninos firmes e finos, grande estrutura e um final longuíssimo.
Ideal com carnes nobres, caça e trufa. Sirva a 16-18°C, decantado. Contém sulfitos.
