Clean, bright, cherry red with garnet evolution.
On the nose, very intense. Integrated aromas, sweet notes of barrel and ripe fruit. Good entry in the mouth, elegant and balanced structure as a whole.
Medium-long finish.
It is easy to go along with any type of meat and grilled mushrooms.
Some fish with a lot of flavor or fat, such as tuna or cod.
