FAIR . was co-founded in France by Alexandre Koiransky and Jean-François Daniel, two Frenchmen who became friends when working together in a small independent Cognac producer.

Both were determined to start their own adventure as owners of a spirits company committed to helping to improve the world. And Voila! They launched FAIR. in Europe in 2009 and entered the North American market in 2010.
