Description
Round, light and remarkably delicate, our brandy comes from the finest terroirs of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune and the Lyonnais mountains. Its excellence is guaranteed by the use of all the fruit from the orchard, including those normally reserved for consumption.

Color:
The cachaça is colorless and crystal clear. The "tears" (tears) are sustained, clinging to the sides of the glass. Beautiful clarity and remarkable brilliance.
Nose:
The first nose presents a ripe fruity aroma with a subtle aromatic freshness. On the second nose, after swirling, the aromas rise and intensify. A pleasant ripe fruitiness with a beautiful delicacy, without any heaviness or flaw.
Mouth:
The texture is round, rich, and well-balanced with the fruit. Flawless, very charming. Remarkable length on the palate of 15 to 20 tails with present fruit.
