Our Rasteau is very fine, fresh and fruity, with notes of red fruits (strawberry and cherry) very persistent in the mouth.

The colour is intense ruby red, the nose powerful.
Endowed with a beautiful structure with fine and silky tannins, the attack is warm, leaving room in the length for a lot of freshness and finesse.

The grapes are picked off, which confers on the wines a large smoothness and gives them this elegance so much appreciated.

The wines are for the majority aged for approximately 6 months in tanks of oak, in order to allow their natural maturation.
