The journey through the appellations in the Rhône valley, enriched with a collection of organic wines such as this Côtes-du-Rhône BIO collection, a wine with a purplish red color of good intensity and offering a very powerful nose with aromas of raspberry, smoke and spices. to which aromas of violet and licorice are added.
This organic red wine delights us with a pleasant freshness and soft tannins. Its broad texture ends in a very persistent finish.
Harvest : The grapes are harvested when ripe.
Ground : The soil consists of terraces villa franchiennes (pebbles). The plots are located in the Gard, at the crossroads between the Palais des Papes in Avignon and the famous Roman aqueduct "Le Pont du Gard".
Vinification : The grapes are destemmed and in vats in concrete tanks. The temperature of the alcoholic fermentation is regulated to preserve the varietal aromas. Smooth, fractionated pumping is carried out daily to extract aromas, color and tannins. Post-fermentation maceration lasts about 3 weeks. The decision to remove the vat is made according to the tasting.
Aging : The wine is aged in concrete tanks and bottled in the late spring following harvest.
Variety : Mostly Grenache and Syrah.

Color : very intense garnet red.
Nose : the nose is open, precise, with aromas of red fruits.
Mouth : The attack is fresh and delicious. This wine is full, ample, rich, with silky tannins. It has a beautiful structure. A fruity and elegant finish.
