A D´AUSSIERES Red 2025 vol. 14% - 75cl

A d'Aussières Rouge 2022 is a red wine from the IGP Pays d'Oc, produced by Domaines Barons de Rothschild.
It is characterized by a ruby color with garnet reflections, an expressive nose of red fruits (raspberry, currant) and spices, and a smooth, round and fruity palate with harmonious tannins.

It is a complex blend of Syrah (29%), Cabernet Franc (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (18%), Alicante (14%), Grenache (4%), Marselan (3%), Mourvèdre (3%), Petit Verdot (2%) and Merlot (2%).

Color : Ruby with garnet reflections
Nose : Raspberry, currant, sweet spices, cassis, with occasional notes of chocolate or wild berries.
Palate : Smooth, round and velvety, with prominent flavors of wild berries and spices.
Grapes: A complex blend of Syrah (29%), Cabernet Franc (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (18%), Alicante (14%), Grenache (4%), Marselan (3%), Mourvèdre (3%), Petit Verdot (2%) and Merlot (2%).

The 2022 harvest is described as having a beautiful freshness, due in part to a rainy spring followed by a dry summer.
It's an accessible wine that can be drunk young, but can also continue to improve at the winery for several years, up to 2032.
