The Cuvée du Moulin is a tribute to the history of the Plantation Trois Rivières and our traditional heritage.

Result of a rigorous blending of rum aged for more than three years in French oak barrels and in American barrels containing bourbon, Trois Rivières Cuvée du Moulin has the power of the great Trois Rivières and reveals woody, tonic and aromatic notes.

COLOR
The color of this bold rum is straw yellow with light golden highlights.

NOSE
Initially dominated by aromas of sugar cane and elegant woody notes, the nose reveals aromas of gray pepper and spices.

MOUTH
In the mouth, this rum is invigorating and has a beautiful structure. The primary flavors of the sugar continue with hints of spice and gray pepper.

FINAL
The finish of this rum is long, marked by woody nuances and a tonic minerality.
