Da Alsácia (Domaine Schieferkopf, M. Chapoutier), o Riesling Trocken-Sec 2023 é um Riesling seco de solos de xisto. De cor citrina pálida, revela aromas de citrinos, lima, flor branca e uma marcada mineralidade.
Na boca é seco e vibrante, com viva acidez e um final salino e persistente.
Ideal com marisco, peixe e cozinha asiática. Sirva fresco, a 9-11°C. Contém sulfitos.
