The Pôpa Selection wine line was designed to enjoy and celebrate the youthfulness and freshness of wines.
They have a low alcohol content, are fruity and mineral, perfectly representing the new Douro wines.
When creating them, we seek simplicity and lightness to celebrate every moment with a glass of wine.
The good volume and fused but lively tannins can support medium juiciness of the ingredients, as well as medium intensity, however its freshness does not overpower too much the fresher profiles of ingredients. Works well with multiple textures.
Its serving temperature, lower 15º/16ºC, will be perfect for most meals.
