The BIO Collection Châteauneuf du Pape 2015 by Michel Chapoutier, so called because all the fruits are organically grown, is a bottle of Châteauneuf du Pape not to be missed.

Produced with around 70% to 80% Grenache and 20% to 30% Syrah, all grown on the estate's grounds, this wine offers very present notes of white pepper, accompanied by ripe cherries and ground spices.
It is full-bodied, with a creamy palate in the middle and a long, full-bodied finish.
