• Blue Ribbon Gin
• Tonic 200 ml
• Lemon Zest Zest
• Lemon peel
• Lemon juice
• 4 cm Cinnamon Stick
• 2 cm vanilla pod
• 3 allspice seeds
• 3 coriander seeds
• 3 Nutmeg Seeds
• 3 Angostura drops
Gently rub the lemon zest along the edge of the glass.
Add the lemon zest zest, the opened cinnamon, the vanilla sliced lengthwise, the allspice seeds, the coriander seeds and the nutmeg in the glass.
Add 8 servings (two measuring cups) of Blue Ribbon London Gin. Gently stir around the glass and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the ingredients to macerate.
Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice or small cubes. Add two teaspoons of lemon juice and 3 drops of Angostura to the ice.
Add Ledger's tonic water with a spiral spoon placed in the bottom of the glass to dilute the bubbles.
Gently shake the bottom of the glass to mix all the ingredients. Let it breathe and rest for 5 minutes and serve the drink with a paper napkin wrapped around the base to prevent it from running.
