Em formato magnum, o PSI 2023 de Dominio de Pingus (Peter Sisseck) recupera vinhas velhas de Tempranillo na Ribera del Duero. De cor rubi intensa, revela aromas de frutos vermelhos e negros, especiarias, ervas e mineralidade.
Na boca é elegante e vibrante, com taninos finos e um final longo e fresco.
Ideal com carnes vermelhas e caça. Sirva a 16-18°C, decantado. Contém sulfitos.
