Carpano Classico is an excellent product, considered unique by professional bartenders, as it is the necessary element to create the perfect and diligent cocktail.

COMPOSITION AND PROPERTIES

The basic structure is that of the original recipe invented by Antonio Benedetto Carpano.

Compared to Carpano Antica Formula, this one has a less pronounced aromatic note of citrus and especially vanilla, which gives it a more "robust" character.

The spicy citrus notes come together in a harmonious blend of aromas, complimenting the absinthe notes to give this classic vermouth a balanced and smooth taste, unique in its kind.

The color derives from 100% natural burnt sugar, which gives the product an essential aromatic note.
As with all Carpano products, no dyes, preservatives or additives of any kind are used.
