Supervised by Gilles Merlet, one of the most prominent Master Distillers in the world, the exceptional quality and superb flavor of Cachaça Leblon are the result of meticulous attention to detail in the entire production process, from cane cutting, fermentation and distillation, even filtering, mixing and standing for at least six months.
A lively, fruity nose with complex layers of spice and fruit, this Brazilian white rum warms in the mouth and leaves a smooth mid-tongue sweetness that blossoms as it lasts.
With an ultra-smooth finish and light to medium body, this cachaça is versatile and blends well with almost any fruit as well as botanicals, spices and liqueurs.
