Bonal is an infusion of gentian root from the Chartreuse mountains, orange zest and cinchona root in a mistletoe aperitif.
It is the old Priest Raphael Bonal of the Convent of Saint Bruno who created it in 1865, and the recipe has remained unchanged since then.
Rewarded with numerous awards at the most important international exhibitions, Bonal has won prestigious awards around the world.
