Named after the brand's year of birth, Don Julio 1942 is a limited-edition tequila that undergoes a second distillation in the famous Pot Still 6, which further refines the flavors.

The tequila shows a bright golden color.

On the nose, sweet aromas of caramel and toffee are coated with a fresh fragrance of vanilla and notes of red fruits like cherry mixed with caramel and almonds.

On the palate, it is silky and smooth, with flavors of roasted agave and vanilla, sun-ripened tropical fruits and spiced tones.

The final sweet with agave is accompanied by lingering notes of oak and a rich essence of vanilla.
