A worthy successor to the Clément Carafe XO rum, the Clément Cuvée l’élixir rum comes in the same elegant carafe with perfect curves, and pays tribute to the 125 years of history of Maison Clément. This drop-shaped carafe is one of the signatures of Habitation Clément, as if to mark the timelessness of its productions. Through a skilfully mastered game of transparency, the Mahogany domain is revealed on the back of the bottle, through a magnificent golden color with mahogany reflections.

On the nose, you will find all the generosity of the vintage rums that compose it. The aromas of dried fruit are accompanied by a powerful woodiness steeped in history and tradition.

On the palate, the Cuvée l'élixir is round and silky, characteristic of the rums produced by Maison Clément. Added to the dried fruits are delicious notes of gingerbread and mocha. The flavors of very old rums are awakened by those more lively of 6-year-old agricultural rums, in a most harmonious blend where each of the spirits has room to express itself.

To prolong the pleasure of this memorable tasting, the finish is long and leaves you with these fine comforting notes of gingerbread.
