Golden in color, characteristic of black grape varieties; very fine bubbles.
The nose presents a beautiful aromatic complexity; Aromas of ripe fruits and spices; notes of baked apples, applesauce and peaches.
In the mouth, a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles like velvet; Aromas of pear, brioche and spicy, notes of fresh walnut.
