Description
Beautiful deep red color.
The still discreet nose blends notes of spice and garrigue with slightly toasted notes from aging.
In the mouth it is a generous and harmonious wine with aromas of black fruits and spices, supported by silky and elegant tannins.
Well balanced, this wine is ready to be tasted but can be kept for a few years.
Blason d'Aussières is characterized by the maturity of the fruit, the aromatic freshness and a soft and fleshy structure, very representative of the terroir of the domain.
Its aromas evoke the richness of the garrigue and its flavors are often spicy.
The wine ages at 20% in oak barrels for 12 months.
