Distilled using James Burrough's original copper “Still Number 12”, Burrough's Reserve gin is then rested in red and white Bordeaux oak casks. With a capacity of only 268 litres, "Still Number 12" produces small batches of this complex gin, with each batch being intriguing in its own right.

The result of the resting period is a remarkable transformation, imbuing the gin with the subtle characteristics of the oak and residual Bordeaux red and white wines.
